Dr.Yanlin Jia

Dr. Jia received her Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Medical University and Master’s degree from 301 Hospital in China. She completed her PhD degree and postdoctoral research at McGill University in Canada.

Dr. Jia has been engaged in drug discovery research at Schering-Plough/MSD for 20 years, led and participated in multiple new drug research projects in a variety of disease areas, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and respiratory diseases. Her working scope includes target validation, mechanism of action studies, in vitro and in vivo assay development and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamic, as well as biomarker development. Currently, Dr. Jia is responsible for biology and clinical research in Keythera Biopharmaceuticals.
