Responsibility：

1.Responsible for independently completing literature review and designing multi-step organic synthesis routes based on literature;

2.Responsible for independently analyzing the structure of compounds based on the spectra;

3.Responsible for proficiently completing chemical reactions and conducting comprehensive analysis of the results. Responsible for completing the research projects with certain difficulties with minimal assistance;

4.Responsible for solving the major problems encountered in the experiments;

5.Responsible for completing the experimental records and reports clearly and completely.

Requirement：

1.Master or Bachelor degree in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry or related, 3 years or more working experience, CRO experience is preferred;

2.Having work experience in chemical synthesis, familiar with organic synthesis unit operation, and having strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

3.Strong hands-on abilities in experiments, able to independently complete experimental projects;

4.Good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, possessing the abilities in literature search, reading and writing in English.

Responsibility：

1.Responsible for routine cell culture, including the recovery and cultivation of cell lines, primary cells hPBMC, immune cells (such as T cells, NK cells, etc.);

2.Responsible for enzymatic and cytological experimental operations, supporting the early development and screening of small molecule drugs, mainly including kinase activity detection, cell proliferation experiments, ELISA and HTRF, etc;

3.Responsible for in vivo experimental procedures in mice and rats, including blood collection and tumor model establishment;

4.Responsible for analyzing experimental data and participating in result discussions;

5.Responsible for recording, organizing, and reporting experimental data.

Requirement：

1.Bachelor degree or above in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology or Pharmacology, at least 1 year of work experience, experience in new drug research and development is preferred;

2.Master molecular biology and cell biology experimental methods, such as cell culture, Western blot, ELISA, FACS, and PCR;

3.Proficient in experimental operations related to rats and mice;

4.Strong learning abilities, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, attention to details, and strong sense of responsibility.

1.Responsible for applying comprehensive CADD/AIDD technologies to conduct virtual screening and finding hits;

2.Responsible for participating in the new drug discovery and development process, closely cooperating with medicinal chemistry and biology, and providing constructive suggestions from the perspective of computer-aided design;

3.Responsible for enabling AI technologies in drug discovery and design;

4.Responsible for tracking the latest developments in CADD/AIDD and timely introducing new technologies and methods;

5.Responsible for other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirement：

1.Master degree or above in mathematics, computer chemistry, computer biology, and related majors;

2.Possess theoretical knowledge and relevant project experience in molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, protein modeling, free energy calculation, or chemical informatics;

3.Proficient in literature searching and reading in English.
